I contacted several companies to compare rates for refinancing our mortgage.  From the initial contact, Greg was informative, competitive, and diligently worked to provide the best offer.  When all the companies were quoting the same rate, Greg was very patient and respectful in our negotiations for a better rate.  He made multiple efforts to offer the least possible closing costs.  He was informative, offering me sage advice and clear explanations.  His quick responsiveness in answering my emails and phone calls was very refreshing and appreciated.  In the end, when the lender wanted to reduce the percent of cash-out based on our local housing economy, Greg made special efforts to complete the loan with the desired percentage.  He coordinated and clearly explained the closing process.

Generally, Greg is very personable and is a tremendous asset to and representative for your company.  Because of Greg, I would definitely deal with NationsChoice again and will specifically recommend dealing with Greg Townsend to my friends and relatives.  Please convey my appreciation and satisfaction to him.
